The architectural design pays homage to the site's historic context while promoting sustainable urban density. The building’s exterior features a refined palette of cream utility brick and charcoal metal panels—materials chosen to echo the aesthetic of the adjacent Richards Gordon School, a landmark built in 1911. This deliberate material selection fosters a cohesive visual dialogue between the new and the old, creating a unified campus-like atmosphere.

Parking is discreetly integrated both below grade and at grade, shared with the neighboring office building, preserving the pedestrian-friendly streetscape.
